Holiday Shipping Guide 2023!
We can't be more excited for the holidays! As Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Holiday Seasons approach, there are expected to be delays from shipping carriers. WE UNDERSTAND that there may be some frustration with shipping delays. So, we plan to do our best and help alleviate the shipping process by increasing our shipping days to every business day starting on Monday, December 4th (M-F)!
In order for the order to get out on that ship day, it must be in by 8:00am est time. Any order after 8:00am est, will be shipped on the following day.

RECOMMENDED SHIPPING METHOD: Since the enormous uptick in online orders from around the world in 2022, each carrier is doing its best to meet these historic high demands. We fully support each carrier and their efforts to achieve timely delivery! But, VUK does want to provided its recommended shipping service to use this holiday season!
- This holiday season, we are recommending to select UPS as the PREFERRED shipping carrier. UPS provides $100 of insurance for all domestic shipments in the event of a lost/damaged package. So, by selecting one of the UPS options at checkout, it will give each of our VukPack members a piece of mind knowing that their package is on the way and UPS has their back if something happens. - A second shipping recommendation we would offer is USPS Priority. USPS routes is Priority mail a little different than its new Ground Advantage Service (our standard shipping option). USPS does include the most insurance when the Priority Option is selected! To learn more on USPS Priority, click here! How to handle shipping issues, lost packages, delayed packages and more when buying from VukGripz this Christmas & Holiday Season:
During the Holiday Season, we know that you may have questions or concerns. During checkout, you will be asked to add contact information for your order, so our system can automatically send you order confirmations and your shipping information. If you put in a cell phone number, you will be able to receive a text message with all the information (do not use a home phone number unless it is a cell phone). If you put in your email address, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see anything in your inbox. Also, you will receive your order confirmation and your shipping information in two separate emails. Be aware that those may end up in the same email thread depending on your email provider. And, it is easy to overlook that second email with the tracking number and shipping information. But, feel rest assured that everything is being sent out as it is suppose too!
**Please Note: UPS and USPS provide estimated delivery dates during out checkout process. Please understand that those delivery dates are ESTIMATED. For more accurate delivery times with USPS, we would suggest choosing the Priority Mail Option.
Also, VukGripz only has the ability to see what you can see with regards to your shipment. Once we process the order and drop it off to the corresponding shipping carrier, VukGripz only has access to the information that the tracking number provides. As much as we wish we can assist with shipping updates or assist with delays, we do not have the ability too. So, please be sure to contact the corresponding shipping carrier with your tracking number if you have any questions. Again, by selecting a UPS option or USPS Priority (or higher), you will be able get some amount of insurance to assist with any packages that were damaged or lost during transit.
We will do our best to assist in the event that a package was damaged during transit or actually is deemed "lost." Please be sure to keep all the information; the products (in case of a damage product incident); and/or be able to provide documentation from the shipping carrier you selected if a package is indeed "lost."
